Back in the 60s when the world was still reeling from the effects of the second world war, the design language was very muted, more into the utilitarian aspect of it. Rado was also centred around the same idea of basic designs. Inspired by the simplistic yet robust designs of the brand from the 60s, the Rado Coupole Classic collection is a heartfelt tribute to the early watchmaking traditions of the brand.

FEATURES

The simple, suave Coupole Classic features a vintage persona with modern touches such as the addition of moon phase and mother-of-pearl dial in some timepieces. This simplicity is perfectly displayed inside the Coupole Classic Automatic with a date window at 3 o’clock though this date window is absent in the women’s variant. Adding a pinch of busyness to the dial, the Coupole Classic Automatic Power Reserve features a power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock. Complicating the dial is the Coupole Classic Chronograph with horizontally stacked chronograph counters. The collection also features an open-heart variant and a series of diamond-studded timepieces.
