How to claim warranty?

  • Customer is requested to check if the defect is covered under the warranty terms and conditions mentioned below before proceeding with a claim
  • Please send an email to care@thewatchstore.in mentioning the warranty claim request and corresponding order number
  • We will arrange for the product to be picked up (if in India) or alternately the customer can ship the product themselves and we will refund the shipping amount upto a maximum of INR 70. Pick up option is not available to International customers.
  • Please note that any physical bill/ invoice is not required to claim the warranty
  • In case you have lost the order number, a email authentication will be done to ascertain the user


Terms & Conditions

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • This warranty duration of the product starts from the date of order delivery and extends for a period as specified on the corresponding product page
  • Warranty for only those products purchased on www.thewatchstore.in will be honored by The Watch Store and its parent company Joferoo Network LLP
  • Any defect arising due to misuse of the unit, damages due to liquid ingress over the specified water resistance limit, or physical abuse, or normal wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty
  • The warranty is void if the unit is tampered with, altered or repaired by unauthorized persons
  • There are no customer serviceable parts inside the unit and hence the same should not be opened by the user or any person other than the authorized service personnel
  • Damages caused to the unit, by accidents, lightning or any other acts of God are not covered by this warranty
  • Whether defective items or components are to be replaced or repaired shall be left to the sole discretion of The Watch Store. In case of replacement of a part, the defective part removed from the unit becomes the property of Joferoo Network LLP (The Watch Store). In case of replacement of the entire watch, a new watch will incur our usual shipping time of 10-28 days. There will be no extra cost to the customer for this replacement
  • Except for the express warranties set forth above, Joferoo Network LLP (The Watch Store) grants no other warranties, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the product, fitness for any purpose or otherwise. We shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, loss or any other consequential damage, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any express or implied warranty
  • Return shipping will be handled by The Watch Store including shipping fees
  • Customer is not required to produce any bills
