Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery of the product, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that the return period starts from the date of product delivery and not the date of order placement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you can either post it to the below address or we can schedule a return pickup for you.

To schedule a return request, please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and products which you wish to return in case of multiple items in the same order. We will schedule a pickup within 5 working days of receiving your email. Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 attempts to pickup the product. Post which the return request will be automatically cancelled and no further request can be raised for the same.
In case you wish to post the product on your own, you will be responsible for paying and arranging for your own shipping. Shipping costs are refundable up to a maximum of INR 100 and on receipt of soft copy of bill. Shipping costs will be refunded to a PayTM or Freecharge account. If you are shipping an item over INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted into your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Fulfillment of an exchange request is subject to product availability and the same will be notified to the requesting customer.
